Summary
Albert Wesker feels fairly optimistic about his future plans, even if his new employers breathe down his neck too much for his liking, and his soon-to-be-betrayed employers do the same. Things turn very bad very quickly when some no-name rookie turns out to know not only secrets about Umbrella, but also about him selling Umbrella's secrets to the highest bidder. Wesker was already in a difficult position, and Leon S. Kennedy is planning on making his life even harder.

Leon was just becoming comfortable as a member of Raccoon City's police department when he is suddenly recruited into S.T.A.R.S. Out of his depth amongst the military men and women, demolitions experts and top of the line scientists, Leon struggles to find where he belongs amongst their ranks.

Leon travels back in time due to an accident at another Umbrella bunker. In his 20-year-old body and a slightly altered timeline, Leon decides to save everyone, even Wesker. Leon "sacrifice" Kennedy meets Albert "I will burn the world" Wesker. Wesker likes his men competent and traumatized, and Leon is the epitome of this.
