And maybe it’s because the humid air is making everything warm and cozy, or maybe it’s because Shouyou’s finally ready to admit that Oikawa’s been flirting with him for three days straight, or maybe it’s just the liquid courage in his bloodstream, but Shouyou looks Oikawa dead in the eyes as he counters in Portuguese, “You’re hot.”

Hinata Shoyo had found himself to be a lonely child for a very long time, unable to connect with others despite all his efforts in order to do so. That is, until one day he met a girl, and through that girl he found volleyball, and through volleyball he found what he had always been searching for, connection.
This story is a revamped version of my other story 'The Prefectures Perfect #10' which was based off another story which I deeply loved. I got burnt out and busy so I never finished it despite trying to restart it, but now I'm in a better place and wanted to try writing again with more of a plot this time! I hope everyone can enjoy this as much as the other one and do not fret! Many of the events which happened in that story will also happen here, just with a few changes and alterations! Enjoy!

It’s his last chance. Today’s the day. He’ll tell him because he has to. He’ll tell him because it’s what you do after falling in love with one of your best friends. And he’ll tell him because if he doesn’t tell him today, Hinata will find out tomorrow when they go to pick up his international SIM card and see the text Oikawa never meant to send him.
He’s counting the hours.
Now, Oikawa counts the number of times Natsu glares in his direction.
