Summary
It was like there were two of him, whole but only partially under his control. There was more there, hiding beneath, currently unconscious, but he knew it would soon regain itself and share control with him. Without that part of him there, he felt somehow incomplete. It probably would’ve been overwhelming for any other creature, but because he was, well, Bill, it didn’t do anything.
The other part of him, though, was unconscious for a reason. Mason “Dipper” Pines, or Pine Tree, as he liked to call him, had only been a human, gifted magic by a god, and later granted a shared godhood because of what a good f- devotee he had been. The boy had been tormented so much by his own kind, cast aside, whether directly, as by his bullies, or indirectly, as by his parents or sister. All Bill had needed to do was show him the understanding and attention he had received nowhere else, and he became putty in his hands. He hadn’t, of course, accounted for the genuine care Pine Tree seemed to show him in return, and he had come to some uncomfortable realizations in his ministry that he refused to acknowledge, even to himself.
So he wouldn’t. Simple as that.

Summary
He turned and looked all around his periphery, until he saw a light shining through the trees, in a clearing. There was some sort of stone statue in the middle, partly overgrown with grass and moss. Upon closer inspection, it looked… triangular.
No. It couldn’t be.
Dipper walked towards the statue cautiously, light on his feet, as if making noise might cause a disaster. The closer he got, the more apparent it became what — no, who — this was.
Before him sat a stone statue of the one and only dream demon, Bill Cipher.

Summary
But it wasn't just Bill's nonchalance that made him mad — no, at least he expected that from him. What really got under his skin was the way he was almost tempted to tease back, to fall back into the dynamic they used to share before he was betrayed. The responses formed easily in his head alongside the antagonistic ones he instead chose to verbalize. His fingers twitched, their muscle memory being to reach out and touch the face of hi- of Cipher when he got close.
By the end of that conversation, he knew at the very least that Bill acknowledged they were adversaries, but the instincts buried within Ford wouldn't leave his mind.
~
It had been thirty years. Ford had been trying to kill him for thirty years. So why was he feeling this way now?

Summary
Dipper opened his eyes and found he was lying beneath a tree. The forest around him didn’t look like any he’d seen before, filled with birch trees, covered in the natural markings the trees grew with, but which looked strangely more akin to eyes. He looked down and saw the journal in his hands, but he couldn’t read any of the words. It was all blurry gibberish.
Standing up, he watched as every marking he thought looked like an eye, became an eye, open and glowing yellow and staring at him. Then the forest around him faded, and he was floating in space. Before him appeared a yellow triangle, floating in midair, sporting a bowtie, a top hat, and a large eye. This looked like a colorized version of what he’d just seen in the journal. Bill Cipher. A being the author seemed to believe couldn’t be trusted.
“Well, well, well! Dipper Pines!” Bill said, his body glowing brighter with each word he spoke. “I see you’ve finally made it to Gravity Falls. Congratulations!”

Summary
The war should have ended years ago, but Voldemort reigns, and the world has been carved up by the victors. Hermione Granger was supposed to be dead. Instead, she has become something far more dangerous—a ghost buried deep within enemy lines. Bound in an unwilling marriage to Voldemort’s masked enforcer, she haunts the halls of an ancient, crumbling castle, where secrets whisper through the walls and ghosts linger in the corners of her vision.
Beyond the fortress, the world rots under tyranny. Neville Longbottom, tormented by an evil she-devil, and forced to don Death Eater robes, bides his time to strike.
But monsters are not so easily slain. As Hermione plays the devoted wife, she sharpens the blade meant for his throat. Yet the deeper she sinks into the deception, the more the lines blur—between loyalty and betrayal, prey and predator. And the closer she gets, the harder it becomes to remember: this was never meant to be a love story. Because in war, even saints must learn to play dirty.

Summary
Of all the strange things happening at Hogwarts during Hermione Granger’s return for Eighth Year — without Harry, without Ron, with new alliances forming and old hierarchies shifting — one thing is definitely not happening:
She is not finding unexpected comfort, in the middle of the night, when her thoughts won’t quiet down, in the presence of Draco Malfoy.
Absolutely not.Because that would be ridiculous.
