Summary
The owl picked up the painting at a thrift store. He didn’t really seem like the type, but his eyes lit up the moment he saw it. Blitzø thought maybe he bought it as a joke for someone else, but then the owl took it home and put it up on the wall in the middle of his dining room. He stood back with his hands on his hips and smiled all wide at it.
Fucking weirdo.
Whatever. He seemed like an easy target, anyway.
“TADAAAA–ah fuck.”
Blitzø leapt out of the painting and fell flat on his fucking face.

Summary
Blitz wasn’t on their cheap mattress with the expensive, overstuffed pillows in their shitty apartment they could barely afford. Blitz was in a theater chair, chains around his wrists, chest, and arms. Stolas, Blitz’s perfect boyfriend, wasn’t on his lap.
He was in the movie theater that existed only in his mind again. He hadn’t been here since the One Star Wonder Hotel. He had never wanted to be here again.

Summary
Stolas was a lot of things after the disaster that was last Sinsmas; Disillusioned, poor, living on Blitz's couch and working from I.M.P- But what he wasn't was stupid.
So when Blitz brought up the idea of a do-over date, one where Blitz pulls out all the stops and tries to genuinely make up for the disaster that had once been their first 'date' at Ozzie's, Stolas agrees with only one goal in mind; Ruin the whole thing and prove to both of them once and for all that Blitz will never change.
Except... It seems he /has, and Stolas just barely catches on that Blitz is sincere- Just in time for Stolas to wind up alone in the street in front of Ozzie's, Blitz's Asmodean crystal in both hands.
Can Stolas save this disaster of his own design, or is Blitz finally past his break point with this dumb fucking owl? After all, love is in the labour, Stolas knows. Maybe it's time he picked up his end and met Blitz halfway.
