I wanted to rewrite this movie in Nova's point of view because as much as I loved the film and the music, there were a lot of missing plot holes I wanted to cover :) I felt the relationships came on too quickly and so I rewrote some scenes and added extra details for all Zombies fans to enjoy !
DISCLAIMER !! Majority of the dialogue belongs rightfully to Disney and the Zombies franchise along with the characters and plot, I mainly just wrote this for fun because I love the film so so much !

What could go so wrong with a daywalker and a vampire? 🎶
In a universe where Victor and Nova met at the locked gate within the tunnel between their two towns a year before the events of the film, what kind of path does it lead them to? The pair has to do their best to hide their relationship from the rest of their people while finding a way to forge a truce before the orchard dies forever, dooming them all to extinction.
This fic follows the events of the film and a lot of its dialogue pretty closely, with some alterations and additions.

A darker/more twisted but still romantic version of Zombies 4 without our lovable zombie/cheerleader couple involved. A retelling with some sentences from the movie as I'm using the bones of the plot, but the meat will be different.

Nova Bright has worked hard to make her father proud and to protect her people. But killing the one she's been dreaming of might be too much for her to bear.

All of the missing moments between Victor and Nova, as they get to know each other despite their peoples’ hatred for each other, and slowly fall in love despite their differences.
He slowly raised his hand, tucking her hair neatly behind her ear, slotting the flower perfectly into place. His hand stayed there, gently cupping her cheek.
His heart pounded in his chest, threatening to jump out of his body when her eyes dropped from his to somewhere slightly lower.
Was this really happening?
He leant forward, giving Nova plenty of time to pull away if she wanted to. She didn’t. Instead, her eyes fluttered closed.
