It's been 6 years since the Raccoon City Incident, one of the citys survivors Leon S. Kennedy has since then become a US agent and now he has a mission to complete. Find Ashley Graham, the presidents daughter that has been kidnapped. She's rumoured to have been seen in a remote Spanish village and is now in need of rescue.
But it doesn't turn out as planned becuase once Leon reaches the village he'd realise that something is very wrong and that Ashley is in even more danger than originally thought. This leaves no room for error and distractions but when a strange masked stranger starts popping up where ever Leon goes it becomes quite hard to not get off track.

The Entity is gone — they’re free — but the world they’ve been cast into is not the one they remember. With killers potentially still lurking in the shadows, death is no longer a reset, but an end. All they can do now is run, clinging to the fragile hope that there’s still a way back to the lives they lost.
The deeper they went, the thicker the forest grew. The air smelled sharp with pine and moss, earthy in a way that made Dwight dizzy. His legs ached, muscles burning from effort that usually would’ve been wiped away by the Fog between trials. This pain stayed.
