An Odyssey Fanfiction based on EPIC: the musical, and a tumblr post I read a while back of Odysseus meeting and adopting the prophet Cassandra, who had been cursed so that "Nobody would believe her."
Of course, if he's going to adopt Cassandra, who he never met in the OG story... why not adopt the kid he was supposed to yeet over a wall, and perhaps change the fate of what's supposed to happen along the way!?
But having a seer on board is not as helpful as I thought it would be...

He meets a group of boys named John Laurens, Marquis de Lafayette, Hercules Mulligan, and Aaron Burr, and they quickly accept him into their friend group. He becomes enemies with two of their classmates, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, as well a few others, and even develops a crush on a very pretty girl named Eliza.
This is his second year at this school, and his third year in high school. He is now a Junior with his friends, when the student body president, Angelica, makes an announcement that changes everything.

All their stims and habits are inspired by my own.This is literally just about John learning how to draw boundaries for himself, and how maybe he shouldn't push himself if he has a problem with doing shit that will cause him to have a breakdown at a party (Because he does NOT handle certain loud noises well)
John and Alexander are distantly historically based but everyone else is from the musical.
BTW I don't know how to tag but I'm trying my best. The only SH and Eating disorder things are :
John rakes his nails down his skin when he gets especially stressed/heavily considers looking for a razor
Alexander starves himself when he gets stressed
