    Summary

It wasn’t just the horns (which were sharp, curved, and hotter than they should legally be), or the tail (which he might have asked to use once or twice, shut up), or the claws (that traced his ribs with agonizing care).
It was the way Zhongli held him like something fragile. As if the dragon in him was real, but so was the man.

“I am ancient,” Zhongli whispered one night, voice low, curled around Childe in a nest of golden scales and silk sheets. “I am not built to love like mortals do. But I would burn this world if you asked me to.”

Childe blinked. “Okay but like. Let’s not burn things.”

“I could just maim a few people.”

    “No.”

    “A minor geological catastrophe.”

    “Zhongli.”

“I’ll write you a poem instead.”

In which Zhongli forgets how to human and Childe forgets how to breathe.

    Summary

Now, Childe wasn’t saying he had a thing for dragons.

But he had, that night, in the privacy of his Liyue apartment (with Zhongli staying over, of course, because “it is impolite to sleep alone, my dear”), turned to his notebook and scribbled in large, spidery handwriting:

    PROS OF DATING A DRAGON:

    Sexy voice.

Literal god. Will protect me from death and taxes.

Has a hoard. Probably full of rare artifacts, bones, and tea.

    Tail.

And underneath, in much bolder, much more desperate handwriting:

    FUCKING TAIL.

In which Childe awakens his inner dragon simp and Zhongli regrets having ears.

    Summary

Every century, Morax, the Dragon God and guardian of the Gates of Hell, descends to choose a bride. But this time, the sacred ritual has failed. The god himself will seek his own bride.

Ajax is a devoted follower of the Tsaritsa—his loyalty blind and unquestioning. Even when the goddess commands him to kill the undefeated Morax, Ajax obeys without hesitation.

Armed with a dagger forged from pure ice, Ajax embarks on his mission. What begins as a marriage born of hatred slowly transforms into something far more dangerous—love.

But the Abyss never releases those it has touched. Not Ajax. Not Zhongli. Not the Tsaritsa, nor her grand dreams of a New World.

And in the distance, the Narwhal still sings…

    Summary

“No, no,” Childe hisses frantically. He glances down at his trembling hands and— sickly violet twists around his forearms like an ugly vine. Whatever this affliction is, it's interfering with his abyssal energy.

There’s no time to fret over it. Though numb panic sears through his nerves, Childe forces himself into motion, keeping his exhausted body moving through the next wave of attacks. Now aware of it, Childe can sense the corruption within him. It whispers in the back of his mind, it seeps into his bloodstream, it makes his limbs heavy as lead. Pure spite keeps him from succumbing.

Abruptly, the entity before him pulls out a lantern. Childe feels a gravitational shift as it begins to glow. Around him, the Wild Hunt summons begin to writhe. One by one they dissipate into fodder for the flames, the lantern growing ever and ever brighter. With resignation, too tired to move, Childe braces himself for the blow. The concentration of bright light peaks, and even behind closed eyes Childe can see the flare of it —

    — but the impact he expects never comes.

    -
Stationed in Nod Krai, Childe becomes afflicted by Wild Hunt corruption during a fight. Fortunately, Zhongli is more than willing to assist.
