Summary
“Baby, are you okay--” the blonde asks concerned, trying to reach out.
“What the fuck?” cuts Charles, breathless. He focuses his furious eyes on the blonde sitting on the bed.
Max frowns, frozen mid-way, confused by his reaction. “What?”
The Monegasque wipes his mouth with the back of his hands before asking, almost incredulously, "What do you mean what!" Charles shrieks, standing up on arguably shaking legs. When he speaks, he does it carefully, pronouncing each word clearly, "Do you have any idea what you just said to me, Max?"
Max would find the situation rather funny, but he is a bit mortified, and they are both overly undressed.

Look, it is not like Charles had much choice. He was not the only one complaining about that, he knew, he lurked around the internet too much to know he was not the only one tired by the fact Max Verstappen wore that stupid Red Bull hat every day.
People were claiming for his help with the matter. They might want to obsess all over Charles’ property and it might have clocked him the wrong way some things he read about Max with his sandy, wild hair. Still. At any rate, Charles could be a bastard, but he was not cruel, if he could give a glimpse of his boyfriend to please them, he could try. It was only fair.
Was he on a mission? Yes, Charles was on a mission alright. He would be the internet’s lord and saviour. He would convince Max to quit caps.

“All the evidence points to that,” replied Alex, sighing, all analytical and a tad regretful, as if it was a shameful fact, unavoidable.
“And you think they might be already sleeping together?”
“No, not yet,” Daniel admitted, “they are just friends for now, and Charles is simply clingy with Max, who is a big softie with Charlie, God knows why… But… I think they want to.”

Then Lucas shoots his first basket, from the three pointer line, and the ball goes swishing through the net. The smoothest boyfriend ever, Lucas swivels around and blows Max a kiss. Everybody in the crowd follows the direction of his outstretched hand, so there’s no question of who his sweetheart is.
Max has never been more mortified in her life.
“I’m going to dump him again,” she tells her friends.
Even though Max is rolling her eyes so hard she can’t see properly, she raises her hand and pretends to catch the kiss.

Summary
Six months after the whole mess with the Flagsmashers, Bucky’s life is going pretty well, apart from the headaches. Sam is Captain America, Bucky’s his right-hand man both in the field and in the apartment they now share, and they’re slowly but surely working on getting the Avengers up and running again. For the first time in longer than Bucky can remember, he’s—well, not quite happy, but he’s content. Except for the goddamn headaches.
When Bucky’s headaches turn out to be something stranger and more serious than either he or Sam could have ever foreseen, their evolving partnership and the fledgling team they’re struggling to build are tested by a mission and a mystery that have painful roots in Sam's own recent history. If they're going to get through this, Bucky is going to have to accept a new power, Sam's going to need to learn what coming to the rescue looks like now that he's Cap, and they're both going to have to trust in a partnership that could become something more.

“Oh, I’m pretty clear on what I want.” Jason catches his chin between two strong hands. “This is okay?”
Dick nods, sure that he engineered himself into this position somehow. He licks his lips. “Yeah. This is okay, Jason.”
“You want this… me . Like this?”
“Like this. It’s more than okay.” Dick says again when Jason begins to frown. Jason’s touch is so tender the pads of his fingers light and soothing over Dick’s jaw. “ Jason .”
Jason looks at him with such fury, such awe. “I need you to say it. Come on. I need to hear it, please.”
“I want it. I want you,” Dick says without hesitation. “Kiss me.”
