Alyssa Swan had not been Bella's sister her entire life, or at least that was what her memories showed. As a reader, it had always been difficult for her to sympathize more with the narrator of the story and that did not help Ly become attached to the girl who called herself her sister. The truth is that, as unreal as the whole situation felt, Alyssa was hoping that everything would develop around Bella Swan and that her fears would turn out to be unfounded.

Hayleen is immune and has marks in the skin which determine her fate. Definitely, that does not mean she wants it. In fact, she prefers the risk of spending a night in the maze before allowing it to become true. She is better off dead than living with the conscience of knowing that she is to blame for creating such a dark future. Of course, she is also the key to preventing the extinction of the human species, but it was humans that caused the Flare in the first place… they asked for it, right?
Really it not depends on her if there is a total extinction of humanity or not, of that Lyn is convinced. As sure as WICKED is that it is essential to find her to fulfill her destiny and give her into the trials. Without a doubt, the powerful of this new world are fascinated with the idea of a future with those four monsters in charge and would do whatever it takes to achieve it.
It is not important. They can search for her as desperately as they can that they will still have to make the trials without her. Hayleen will never end up in the maze or join them.
There is no destination. It doesn't matter that the names on her skin remind her otherwise every time she looks in the mirror. -

De hecho, prefiere arriesgarse a pasar una noche en el laberinto antes de permitir que se cumpla. Mejor muerta que vivir con la conciencia de saber que es la culpable de crear un futuro tan oscuro. Por supuesto, también es la clave para evitar la extinción de la especie humana, pero fueron los humanos los que causaron la Llamarada en primer lugar. Ellos se lo buscaron, ¿no?
No es que realmente dependa de ella si hay una extinción total de la humanidad o no, de eso Lyn está convencida. Tan segura como CRUEL lo está de que es indispensable encontrarla para que cumpla con su destino y usarla en las pruebas. Sin duda a los poderosos de este nuevo mundo les encanta la idea de un futuro con esos cuatro monstruos a cargo y harían lo que sea para conseguirlo.
No tiene importancia. Pueden buscarla tan desesperadamente como quieran que igual tendrán que realizar las pruebas sin ella. Hayleen jamás terminará en ese laberinto ni se unirá a ellos.

Now Caroline has to navigate this and all the things that come with living in Mystic Falls. It would also really help if she could stop having weird dreams that would be great.
