Therapy sucks. It's hard and it's a lot of work when you DID NOTHING WRONG.
But, Bill needs to re-evaluate this claim when all the therapists are telling him that he-in fact-did everything wrong. He spends time drawing and writing and emotions are hard and this is stupid and a waste of-Bill is set loose on Gravity Falls once again, but with limitations. He's in a physical form, mortal, and without powers.
How are you supposed to survive under the same roof as the people you tormented a lifetime ago?And how are you supposed to manage three children for the summer while one is a "reformed" triangle demon?
Emphasis on a whole world of "trying your best".

They sit in silence for a moment, Taako's ragged breathing the only thing audible. When he speaks again, it's softer than Magnus might have ever heard before. His voice quivers.
"I saw him today. Sazed was at Fantasy Costco. Shopping. We talked. I yelled at him. He got released from prison and," he laughs here, "he went to fucking therapy."
