Lan Zhan had often considered what waited after death. It would be more odd not to do so, considering how closely his day job related to it, and the fact that his husband was a literal necromancer. Reincarnation had been contemplated as an option, but he doesn’t think he’s supposed to remember his previous life. However, he will make the best of this opportunity he’s been given, despite the fact that the man he had dedicated his life to is no longer with him.

Summary

For many years she has served Gondor well and fallen in love with this magical- if at times barbaric place. Yet, all this changes when an elf she recognizes shows up. Now, she finds herself navigating the dark waters of politics whilst trying to keep both her morality and responsibilities in tact.
