Summary
A Showverse fic centered around the Hound. Eventual Sansan.
Lady Stoneheart rises, aided by Vengeance and a group of forces named the Others. She seeks revenge on those who have wronged House Stark and chooses Sandor Clegane, the fearsome Hound, as her sword. He is reluctant, but the Lady can be very persuasive and always gets what she wants. Sansa must be protected and the Hound is bound by a curse to never speak of love or touch her. He is given the promise of a healed face if he can place a Stark back in Winterfell.
A dark fairy tale, in which Sandor seeks redemption. Can Honor prevail? Canon compliant until The Broken Man episode of season 6.
Rated M for language, smut, and Lady Stoneheart/Hound level violence. This one will get rough and bloody at times

Summary
After a ten year long Winter, Sandor Clegane emerges from the Quiet Isle. Against his better judgement, he finds himself in Winterfell to help with the rebuild. There he will once again meet Sansa Stark, a woman grown and drastically changed from the girl he had once known in King's Landing.
Sandor's POV takes place in the present, while Sansa's story will be told piece by piece through flashbacks.
This fic deals very much with past hurts, emotional scars, crippling guilt, and eventually healing and self-forgiveness. It will take some time for our girl to get there, but I am looking forward to the challenge of writing this. I hope some of you will be interested enough to trudge along with me!

Margaery Tyrell convinces Sansa Stark to come on out to her boyfriends house for a New Year's Eve party, where she's immediately entranced by a perfect stranger from across the room. Standing head and shoulders above the crowd, the two lock eyes for a brief moment before Sansa gets ushered away by Marge, only to discover that the stranger is Sandor Clegane, the roommate of Marge's boyfriend Bronn.
The two then spend the rest of the night getting to know each other in an intimate sort of way.

Heavy book influence. Not much of the show to be found here.
