Summary
Crimson lightning broke through the clouds above him, the blue grey sky home to a roiling storm that only seemed to grown in ferocity. Steve was lying in his empty pool, overgrowth of slime and black ichor covered vines crawling up the sides of the pool like spindly fingers reaching out of a grave.
Steve tried to move, his arms and legs shifting in an attempt to get to standing, the confusion and terror settling into his gut as he realized that he was being held in place by the very tendrils that surrounded him. The stench of stagnant and muck filled water filled his nostrils, and the panic at being alone in Upside Down, completely restrained and covered in filth caused the younger boy open his mouth to scream.
The only thing to come from his throat were more vines.
Steve Harrington had hoped that he and his loved ones could continue on with their lives peacefully after Vecna was finally defeated. But a new threat stalks the streets of Hawkins, and nowhere is safe for the Party. As the bodies start to pile up, Steve and Eddie are forced to confront parts of themselves they would rather keep buried. But the past always comes back to bite.

Summary
At his brother’s encouragement, Dean is on his own for the first time, going to college the way he never thought he would, but… something is wrong. Despite being an omega, he’s been feeling more and more aggressive lately and it’s been leading to him getting into fights increasingly often. Did he even want to know the answer? It was probably as obvious as it seemed, as Eddie rose an eyebrow at him.
“Kill you? Oh, Stevie, I would never.” Eddie dropped to one knee by Steve’s side. His head leaned down, so close to Steve’s ear that he could feel his hot breath ticking against his hair. “I like my meals hot.”
