Summary
Sirius Black loses everything on Outbreak Day. Ten years go by and he spends all of them alone, until one night when he is presented with an opportunity to get it all back. Meeting a man with more secrets than stories, he must travel across the country with his new companion, battling against infected, selfish men in the selfish, unforgiving world they live in. Sirius doesn't know if they'll make it to sundown each day or what happens if they ever manage to reach their destination.
Certainly, there will be consequences for a man like him for surviving such a perilous journey that doesn't end beyond the walls of safety.

“You’re pretty easy to figure out,” Remus snapped, “Spoilt rich boy drinks himself to death every night and terrorises the locals. It’s a bit of a stereotype, isn’t it?”
Eyes glinting, Sirius tilted his head, and he was speaking, but Remus was too distracted by how close their faces suddenly were, by how he could feel the heat radiating off Sirius, and what he could smell; coconut-scented shampoo, his aftershave, and a dark lick of smoke.
“Am I terrorising you?” He whispered.
Remus bit down on his tongue, “Yes.”
“How terrible,” Sirius tilted his head to the side, “Someone should stop me.”
Remus is stuck in his painfully whimsical home-town, juggling multile jobs while dreaming of a future beyond it all, when Sirius Black arrives, carrying a dangerous amount of personal baggage and a penchant for trouble. To put it lightly, they don't get on.

Summary
Regulus Black wakes up one day in a hospital bed with a bullet wound in his stomach and hazy memories, just to find out that in the 5 weeks that he has spent in the hospital in a coma, the world as he knows it had gone.
James Potter has spent everyday since the outbreak in the safety of his house on the Potter Family Farm, joined with the company of the McKinnon Family, with only one concern. Where was Sirius?
Sirius Black had spent the day of the outbreak alone, deciding to bury his feelings in a bar, when all hell breaks loose and he is evacuated to a survivor camp with none other than his ex-family, Walburga and Orion, except there was no Regulus. Shit.
Remus Lupin had stayed in his family home after the outbreak. Due to his mother's poor health, they couldn't go to a camp, so they stayed together, as Remus' only friend Lily Evans, went into hiding with a man Remus despised, Severus Snape.
A boy who wakes up with no idea of what's happening, everyone missing somebody and getting close but not close enough to finding them, flesh eating zombies or 'walkers' at every location. None of them are prepared for this the post-apocalyptic world.
