Luke’s not too sure about the hierarchy of Catholicism: he knows The Pope is above all and it certainly wasn't The Pope who comforted him at the funeral. It was a Bishop probably. A man in fancier robes than everyone else who seemed to have their respect. A kind man who took him aside and explained that, for now, Father Uffizi cannot be mourned if his body is still walking. He explained The Catholic Church were going to alert other hunting organisations of the new Dracula but they weren't going to go after him. The kind man encouraged him to give up on Father Uffizi. Encouraged him to give up hunting altogether. Go somewhere sunny. Live.

Summary
There has been many discussions and theories about how video games use environments to tell narrative, and their place as a tool for storytelling. However, there is minimal research on how a long running franchise can affect aspects such as environmental storytelling or world building.
This dissertation aims to uncover how an environment can link together between games in a franchise to tell a story. By analysing the environments of Resident Evil for repetitive use of specific aesthetic or thematic links we have found a story that runs from the beginning of the franchise to its most recent entry; this story is uncovered by player exploring their surroundings to the environmental storytelling. The repeated use of these environment also illicit expectations from players and are unique to the adaptive qualities of video games.
This research has established a link between a video games environmental storytelling and its franchise. This will help researchers to better understand how video games uniquely use and portray narratives compared to other media. It will also be useful for any further research into the affects a franchise can have on its games as a whole.

Bishop's new partner has put out a reward for Sergeant Jake Roenick, $50,000 dollars for whoever manages to bring him in alive. In this, Bishop sees an opportunity for collaboration: by allowing a police officer to 'discover' Belcastro's illegal arms shipment, Bishop will be able to see a potential enemy gone, and Roenick will finally be able to earn his way out from behind the desk, not to mention avoid getting kidnapped for money. It's simple: Bishop inherits Belcastro’s empire, Roenick turns a blind eye; Roenick takes the credit for Belcastro’s downfall, Bishop protects him from the fallout. All he needs to do is convince Roenick.
If there happen to be other feelings involved, and if those feelings happen to be evolving--that's no one else's business but theirs.

Ah, I thought, having to confront at Mr Wooster’s utterance the very description I had taken pains to avoid dwelling on. Mr Wooster had regular nightmares featuring his aunt as a three-headed dragon and in these dreams I was his knight (in shining armour).
Or, when a rummy dream-sharing epidemic sweeps across the United Kingdom, Bertie and Jeeves learn more about one another dreams than they may have cared for.
