Summary
Aventurine didn’t realize he was holding his breath until he crept into the kitchen and nearly choked on it at what he saw.
Hearts was covered in sugar, Clubs was licking a raw egg off of the floor, and Spades was in the process of trying to jump into a fresh pan of blueberry muffins, only just barely stopped by the chef himself holding the goods high above his head.
Veritas Ratio was in his kitchen, in the process of destroying the entire thing while attempting to make breakfast.

Summary
Kaeya turned while still on the ground, aiming to thrust the blade into the beasts stomach and send his viscera spilling, but the beast stopped just shy of the point and grabbed the sword in one black-gloved hand, hauling it out of his grip with ease. Kaeya went tumbling forward as a consequence, just barely managing to catch himself on a knee.
“As I said: you’ll get your month here, like the others,” said the beast as he stepped in a slow circle around Kaeya, impassive as ever. He gave the sword a swing as he walked and Kaeya barely managed to restrain a flinch at the sound of it cutting the air. “If you still wish to fight, you’ll have an opportunity at the end. But I don’t advise it. You’ll just make your death slower.”
Kaeya walks willingly into the den of the beast and soon finds himself with an ultimatum: break his curse or die.

Summary
"Few people know how to truly relax," Ratio says, perched on the edge of Aventurine's desk. It makes his thighs double in size. Aventurine's thoughts begin to scatter. "Relaxation is a process. As such, naturally there are practical, step-by-step instructions to achieve it.”
"Right," he says, forcing his gaze away. "My, doctor, could one take a guess and assume that some of the relaxation you're referring to is of the more…” He flicks his fingers. “Intimate kind?”
Something curious happens: Ratio stalls. He averts his gaze as his cheeks dust over with pink.
He recovers quickly, however, coughing into his palm and resuming right where he left off. “It would be inane to exclude the potential of intimacy.”
Aventurine is stressed. The knowledgeable Dr. Ratio offers an expert, thorough, only slightly self-indulgent solution.
