Summary
Tyler wasn't sure exactly the moment he fell in head over heels love with Kate Carter. It could have been any of a dozen interactions, from a single dandelion to her laugh in the rodeo to her pulling him to safety in that pool.
Tyler knew the exact moment he messed up, so excited by the ideas in her research he forgot to consider her feelings, why she'd stopped chasing in the first place.
He was determined to make it right, provided she let him. Provided she didn't up and fly back to New York tomorrow, never to chase again.

Ever since Kate had met him, Tyler could only be described as confident, self-assured, wild, and quick on his feet. So really, she couldn’t think of a single reason why he hadn’t done anything about this… thing between them.
Or, Kate gets fed up with Tyler missing all of her signals and decides to make herself clear. Far more feelings get involved than either of them accounted for.

Since she joined the Tornado Wranglers, Kate appeared in their videos with immediate regularity.
Javi, on the other hand, didn’t quite capture attention like Kate did. Sure, he was charismatic when he was featured, but he could never truly compare to the Tyler-Kate show. Besides, his interests lay more with the new technologies he could get his hands on, leaving him content to watch. And boy, was there a lot to see.
Or, Javi watches these two idiots dance around each other for far too long.
