Summary

Victory is bittersweet.
Jude can’t seem to find comfort in the makeshift hotel nest as the late night settles in despite the scent interwoven into it. He should be overjoyed. England is headed to the semifinals! He scored two goals to make it possible, yet there is a tight feeling in his chest and a sour tint to his scent that makes it impossible to enjoy the win to the fullest.
or, jude has mixed feelings about beating erling on the world stage but erling will make sure there is no sadness.

Zanka had not meant to steal from Jabber Wonger.

It was supposed to be just a fight. A dirty, brutal clash in the lower trash veins, all blood, poison, teeth, and bad angles.
Then Mankira got caught in the wall, Jabber stopped laughing, and Zanka saw the one line even a madman would not cross.
Jabber would break himself before he damaged her.
So when Assistaff scraped too hard, when one ring slipped loose from Jabber’s deadly hands, when Zanka felt that small warm circle fall into his palm—
He should have dropped it.
He should have returned it.
He should have told someone.
Instead, Zanka kept one piece of Mankira hidden against his body.
And Jabber notices hes missing a part of her.

Summary

The two of them had broke and lost their chokers in the fight, buried under the rapid blizzard. Just as cold, Jabber takes them both to find a shelter for warmth until they can get back to their own headquarters. While surviving together, they learn more about each other and develop feelings that barely cross the line of obsession.

Zanka and Jabber go to a cabin in a forest whilst a snow blizzard is actively happening. Then they fall in love as they learn to survive with each other.
