She'd seen her sisters have lovers here and there over time, but never indulged in any of it herself. At least, not until this one decided to talk back. Summary
Bela loves her family with all her being, and lately the eldest Dimitrescu finds herself falling into her memories as she reminisces about how she and her lover came to be together. Looking back on the hurdles and hurricanes they've been through to get to where they are now brings her wave after wave of nostalgia. It can also, however, bring about the fears and emotions she tries to hide about their situation, and the reality of mortality.
Bela screws up, meets someone she connects with, and this is my attempt at their story.

Summary
Safety was not a word those peasants in the village used when talking about the Dimitrescu family, in all those little rumors they spilled. Blood, death, and dismemberment seemed more fitting for their ideas of those women.
It was something you probably should have taken more into consideration, but in this instance, you were too blinded by your wants to feel needed. Those same wants may very well have been the beginning of your demise by the hands of Cassandra Dimitrescu.
