He may be bound to his father and earns practically pennys but he is, above all, content—happy. In comparison, Dick Grayson, a complete stranger, fixates on him, his face in particular. The same blue eyes, the same chin—the same everything. Like Tommy himself is the reincarnation of a boy he had lost—once declared dead.
