Summary
So basically, John wakes up from serious head trauma (and other things) after being held captive and placed under experiments by Moriarty. This story takes place before the pool scene but Moriarty has captured John a little early and kept him for almost a week and was about to use him for the pool scene when Sherlock saves him. (And yes John is turned into a child hehe)
