Warnings and Disclaimers: This has in depth descriptions of mental health issues (a lot of negative self talk in early chapters that may be triggering), self harm (not anything heavy but still body abuse), and of panic attacks. These won't be experienced the same for everyone so this is just my take.
As a sufferer myself, in no way when writing this am I meaning to romanticise or belittle mental health struggles. It is an ongoing battle that does not have a simple solution. I write about topics in hope that I can bring at least a little bit of comfort to others who are struggling with similar issues.]
