They walked through the QianCao Peak gardens, the warm summer evening's wind carrying the smell of blooming herbs. Liu QingGe had been silent the entire time, further worrying Mu QingFang. As they walked past a field of calendula, when he finally halted and turned to him, Mu QingFang waited for his Shixiong to speak, but he didn't.
He just looked at him, his proud shoulders slumped.„I am sorry, Liu Shixiong...“
„It's not your fault.“
Mu QingFang sighed and closed their distance. He put his hand on the other man's shoulder, squeezed it gently as he tried to find his words. Liu QingGe only kept looking at him with an unreadable expression.
Not being able to withstand his gaze any longer, Mu QingFang looked towards the field, seeing the bright orange flowers sway in the breeze.„Liu Shixiong,“ he finally began, „let me take you home.“
Liu QingGe gets PaPaPa-poisoned, Mu QingFang tries to heal him, and Shen QingQiu has to deal with a new Sidequest.

Summary
Being a transmigrator is difficult, but be one in a world where another transmigrator changed the plot and then died? That's the beginning of cronich anxiety. Mu Qingfang tries his best, but when you have to deal with the System fucking with you, peak lords yelling and the war god passing out at your door everyday, your best isn't enough. That's why he lose battles, but is trying to win the war.
Mu Qingfang knows himself, and his limitations. He doesn't like games of power or useless conflicts, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have secrets. He has, unfortunately.
And he expects that, whatever he's doing, is enough to help the people he cares about.Or: mqf needs a nap, lqg has the power of god and anime on his side, bingqiu are the circus they always are and no one knows how to deal with them and sj drinks tea while watching the mess.

From Disciples to Peak Lords, there’s still an inexplicable draw towards each other that Mu Qingfang will try to fight at every turn. It’s safer that way.
