Larry Townsend ended his 1971 porn pastiche with his version of "The Final Problem" and never wrote a version of the "Empty House" reunion. This is my pale attempt to imagine what that might have been like. Townsend had a style that was both luridly pornographic and passionately emotional - I tried to do it justice.
