Mafuyu’s by Kanade’s side in an instant, sweeping through the valley of displaced Monsters and resting a hand against the girl’s forehead—it’s flushed, and she’s breathing quickly. Mafuyu remembers Kanade eating dinner with her just yesterday, so why did she fall? Why does she seem so weak?
Kanade accidentally buys some alcoholic energy drinks—Mafuyu finds her in the aftermath.

The intruder was none other than the Stellaron Hunter, Kafka, or at least, a hologram of her. Though her hologram was blue, she seemed to be wearing her usual white dress shirt, accompanied by her black leather coat that was hanging off her shoulders. Her sunglasses were still on her head, where her hair was tied into a messy ponytail.
"Woah, no need to point the weapon at me Himeko. I'm just a hologram after all." Kafka smirks and points at the weapon.
Himeko hated that smirk.
