Summary
The final whistle came, and with it their victory. They had won, and Jude felt floating. His skin buzzed with happiness as he hugged his teammates, grinning and soaking in the roar of the Borussia fans.
Then adrenaline started the wear off, and something seemed to hit him at once. His legs suddenly felt impossibly heavy, to the point he stumbled.
Jude stopped walking for a moment, not trusting his legs. His hands rested on his hips as he tried to catch his breath.
"Jude, you okay?"
He forced himself to straighten. "Yeah, I'm fine."
Or, something is wrong with Jude.

“Oh, Erling,” Jobe sighs dramatically, his tone teasing again, as if reading Jude’s mind. “My big, strong Erling. Oh please won’t you bid for my hand and make me forever yours.”
“Shut up,” Jude laughs, his face crimson now. “You are so cringe. You know it’s not like that. We’re just friends.”
Jobe rolls his eyes playfully.
“We are!” Jude insists. “Come on. Think of what I’m dealing with here. When you turn twenty-one, wouldn’t you rather marry someone you actually like?”
“I know,” Jobe says softly, kissing his brother’s cheek. “I get it. I’m just teasing you. I don’t envy you. I know you wouldn’t be doing this if you didn’t have to. And I want you to find some sort of happiness from your marriage. So if you have to marry someone, it might as well be him.”

As he approaches his twenty-first birthday, Prince Jude of the Kingdom of Bellingham will be offered to the royal families of the neighbouring kingdoms, so that their eligible alphas may bid for his hand in marriage if they wish. "Harry, please," Erling pleaded, his tough facade completely shattering as his voice broke entirely. "Just tell me. Are they mine? Are they mine and Jude's?"
Harry stared at the giant striker, watching the sheer, agonizing desperation bleeding out of him. Harry opened his mouth, closed it, and let out a long, defeated breath.
"For Christ's sake," Harry muttered, throwing his hands up in surrender.
"Yes. They are yours, you absolute idiot. They are yours and Jude's. Now will you shut up before Theo tries to eat another sugar packet off the floor?"
Erling froze. The world around him completely stopped spinning. His jaw went slack, his breath catching entirely in his throat as the words echoed in his ears. They are yours. Yours and Jude's.
Before Erling could even process a single syllable, Jobe burst out laughing, slapping his knee as he pointed a finger straight at Harry.
"Are you mental?!" Jobe cackled, shaking his head in absolute disbelief. "You actually just told him! You absolute idiot, you just spilled the entire secret like you're reading off a grocery list!"
