Alastor’s grip tightens, his nails digging into Vox’s skin and earning a wince. “What did you do?”
Vox’s nose scrunches up, and if he still had a flatscreen for a face he would no doubt have glitched. “What did I do?” he exclaims, his head lifting off the floor. “Why do you think I did anything?”
“Because there is no way in all of Hell that I would’ve…” he trails off, and he hopes that Vox can’t tell that his face is heating up. “No, this has something to do with you and you need to let us out. Now.”
“How would I even do this? I’m not the one with weird reality warping powers, you freak.”
Alastor stares, waiting.
Vox eventually speaks. “Look, can we just talk about this? I don’t know if we’ll regenerate if one of us kills the other and I really don’t want to test it out.”
And that… was an excellent point.

Summary
Vox walks at his side, Alastor can hear his even footsteps against the carpets below, but he still can’t feel him. Can’t feel his frequencies.
And while he could see him, nobody else could. Not the cameras. Not the sinners he passes in the hotel’s halls. Not Husk. And certainly not Niffty.
“I’ve gone insane,” is all Alastor can say when he enters his radio tower. He didn’t know why he ended up here specifically. Maybe his room was too personal. Too vulnerable to let Vox back in.
“Oh, don’t be too hard on yourself, Al.” Vox steps into view, eyes squinting as he smiles. “We’re in Hell, it’s bound to happen to everyone eventually.”
Alastor snarls at that, but he doesn’t lash out this time. Doesn’t let his shadows shoot out and his nothing. Instead he walks deeper into his tower, Vox - or whatever he is - stepping out of his way.

“Your haircut is shit.”
Alastor’s ears flick in Velvette’s direction but he doesn’t look to her, the swivel chair creaking as he instead adjusts his arms underneath Vox’s loose wiring.
This was one of the few moments Vox had graced Alastor with his absence - Valentino had practically begged Vox to give Alastor to Velvette while she had been taking a break so they could have some… ‘alone time’ - and Alastor had taken this as his chance to relax. To imagine he was in the hotel, his radio tower, a bayou… anywhere except Vee tower, and he refuses to let anything ruin his peace.
“Just wanted to remind you in case somebody hadn’t in the last five minutes.”
Velvette was making that incredibly hard though.

“What?” It was barely a whisper, but Crowley heard it loud and clear. He heard the mixture of confusion and relief mixed into Aziraphale’s tone as if he was unsure of what Crowley was agreeing to.
“I’ll come with you.” A lump formed in Crowley’s throat as he forced the words out of himself. “To heaven.”

Granted, they were hardly noticeable over the cries of Natsu from above. Even if he wasn’t completely aware of their presence at the time, Gray would later admit that those whispers were what motivated him to take down Mard Geer with his bow.

Loki had always been drawn to the colour green. For centuries now he had managed to integrate the colour into his entire wardrobe, and the moment Loki had learned his magic was green he had been ecstatic. Sif theorized that it had to do with his own vanity, as his eyes were a deep forest green. Whether or not she was right was beyond Loki, all that truly mattered to him was that he found great comfort in the colour.
Despite this, the green clouding his mind was almost anything but that. It was cold and made him feel lightheaded. This green unnerved him, but Loki couldn’t seem to place exactly why it did.

“Oh,” started Warlock. “like the shop’s name.”
Mr.Fell let out an amused chuckle as his eyes began to twinkle. “Yes, like the shop’s name[.]"
