Summary
Rook couldn't put to words what was building between himself and Lucanis. All he knew for certain was it was new, special. He wanted this, wanted to see where it would go. He couldn't take this the same way he did everything else. There was no rushing in with this. He's never done anything like this, and from what he can tall, neither has Lucanis. He's had dalliances sure. But none of them meant anything. So he would do this, one step at a time.

Strange nods once. “Then stay.”
Tim’s head jerks slightly, startled. “What?”
“Stay.” His tone doesn’t waver. “You’ll go back when you need to. When you choose to. Not before. Until then… this is home.”
