Summary
Steve's life is built on routines: working as a therapist at the alpha care centre, helping alphas and omegas develop relationships, and taking care of his roommate, Bucky, and his prosthetic arm. Then things take an unexpected turn when the new alpha he has to help is none other than the famous Tony Stark: CEO, billionaire, and Iron Man.
This is a story of multiple healing sessions between Tony and Steve, set in a modern A/B/O AU +some parts of MCU canon.

William shook his head, eyes closing, “Of course not, Henry.” When their eyes met again he held eye contact. William’s eyes had always been cold and calculating, but there was also always a hint of the true intent behind them. His partner's eyes only looked confused now. “Wherever you come from,” the other man trailed off a little, “am I a killer there?”

Henry dies in the fire at the Fnaf 6 location and wakes up in a universe where Charlie never died and William isn't the same.
