Summary
Billy Batson never really took much care in hiding his identity beyond just never alluding that he and Captain Marvel were one in the same. After all, no one's noticed him transform. Not even when he shouted SHAZAM right in front of the Justice League.
Or I've been reading Golden Age comics and Billy just transforms in the wildest of situations and no one ever notices. People will literally have their hands on him and they won't notice. Other people need to bask in this absurdity.

“Iruma,” Kalego said firmly as he grabbed the boy’s wrist to stop him from running any further, “I need you to answer me truthfully. You’re not in any trouble, so take a deep breath,” His voice was uncharacteristically gentle as he slowly guided Iruma back to the couch. Once Iruma was sat, Kalego crouched down and gently held his hands, “Iruma,” He said quietly, “Who grounded you?”
The teenager blinked in surprise at Kalego’s words. Grounded? He looked around at all the other teachers, expecting them all to be staring at him like he was a buffet waiting to be eaten. Instead, they all stared back at him with pity and horror written all over his face. He slowly turned his attention back to Kalego, who was patiently waiting for an answer.
“Excuse me,” Iruma whispered, his heart still hammering in his chest, “W-what…What is grounding?” He asked.

What if Iruma is removed from Sullivan's custody and put in the care of his grumpy homeroom teacher and the teacher who supposedly experiments on students? How will Iruma continue to hide the fact that he's human while also making his teachers understand he wasn't tortured?

“I think Hot Milk is married.” Maria announced when the guy and the kid left the shop, a jingle from the door alerting them of their departure. She held a mop on one hand and a couple of cleaning supplies on the other. The evening was usually slow, so they were allowed to slack off a little and talk.
“No way that guy has a wife.” Shot scoffed, leaning on the counter with a scowl on his face. “We couldn’t even get girlfriends. That would just depress me.”
“While cleaning the tables beside them, I heard the kid call him papa. He’s the guy’s kid and he obviously has a wife back home.” Maria explained. “Plus have you seen how fond he looked at the kid? That’s obviously his son.”
Ronaldo did see it. The smile on Hot Milk’s face was a surprise from its usual default smirk or annoyed scowl. He was feeding the kid with pieces of the cake, holding the fork so the kid could eat it all while chuckling at whatever the child had to say to him.
