Summary
Steve Harrington wasn’t always the badass babysitter the party thought he was. Obviously he was a dick at first, but before that he was someone else.
First he was Finnley Blake. Then he was Finney. Then his parents came and took him from Gwen. He became Steve, the popular jock that all of Hawkins knew. The all the Upside Down shit happened. He was turned into a glorified babysitter. Then he basically became a mom of too many children. Sure loves them but it can be too much sometimes. Especially with his powers.
Yes, Steve has powers. He can see peoples emotions and hear them. Because of that he went deaf by his 5th birthday. Just another thing that didn’t make him a Harrington. But he’s happy now. His house is filled with loud noise from the party(including Nancy, Jonathan, Eddie etc) and he’s happy. Till he learns that Hopper nephew aka Vance Hopper is coming to stay here with his soulmates and a friend. Now he isn’t sure how to keep all his secrets.
Or another Steve as Finney story. He has powers. The ghost boys + Gwen come to live with them for a bit.
