Summary
After the sudden loss of nearly 1/6 of the population in one night, a new ruler takes charge of the underground. Papyrus has all the power that new society could offer, but hardly feels in control of his problems. Flowey got back the control of the timeline, but finds himself more powerless than ever before.
Perhaps they could seek the worst of both things in each other!
Or
Wrote a king Papyrus story, decided it was too happy and now it's my own take on Bonegrave. Thanks Robert.

Summary
Papyrus gives Flowey a phytotherapeutic talking session and a subsequential hangout after realizing that they only meet when no one else is around.
Or
In-Game, Papyrus never uses the term "best friend", besides when talking about the flowers in the dump. His expression suggests the term may come from elsewhere.

Temporary summary and title, guys!! Be warned for updates!!: After the S1 EP4 events (But not really set >exactly< after the episode), Mewmew finds herself thinking a lot about the recent events that led her life to where she is now. Were her newfound friends being truthful to her? Would she succeed in dating the pretty barista down the street? Her worth and self-steem were still intact after what she's done to impress others? All of this is crossing her head at the moment, but she'll make it through!!
I'll update to make it longer and have a more lighthearted ending afterwards so you dont have to read if you dont want to feel upset of smth.
Srry I mixed up lots of plotpoints from episode 8 and on '-.- It's just so compelling to understand the character from multiple points of views and actually using them as a source of self-expression too like its not like I have cat ears of anything though I wish I had butOr
Alphys struggles to concentrate on her MMKC vent fic.

Summary
Flowey was already familiar with repeating things just to discover different outcomes. He didn't expect to enjoy that one particular bonding activity so much, but since his friend felt the same...
He obviously wouldn't refrain himself from exploring further.
Or
Two buddies make out, take their relationship to the next level and do some medical malpractice together. For the sake of rapport, of course.
