A look of horror crossed Roadrunner’s face. Coyote flipped the sign.
[ NOT UNTIL I CAUGHT YOU ]
The look of horror doubled. Roadrunner replied:
[ BUT YOU CAUGHT ME ]
Flip.
[ WHY NOT SPEAK NOW? ]
Coyote shrugged. Non-verbal communication worked just fine. Why fix what was not broken?
And then, Roadrunner’s face contorted into something Coyote had never seen on him before: anger.
[ DON’T YOU WANT TO CLAIM YOUR VICTORY OVER THAT ******* *******? ]
Upon seeing the sign he had produced, his face scrunched up even further and he beeped out:
“..-. ..- -.-. -.- .. -. --. / .- ... ... .... --- .-.. .”
“FUCKING ASSHOLE”

Patrick couldn’t help but notice, however, that Hugh Morris had surprisingly huge pectorals. They were even larger than Patrick’s, and, Patrick observed, so were his biceps. Oh my God, what did a Jester even need all of that muscle for? Patrick had no idea the other mii was built like this, he must’ve kept it concealed under that stupidly baggy garb he wore everyday.

Summary
Pico is an interesting character. At least, that's the most flattering word that law enforcement used to describe him. It's as if he's been living his life asleep for the past 6 years. Between letting his morality sway in his "murder is okay if its a bad guy" code, the horrid demons of those halls that just can't seem to leave his collapsing mind in peace, his every changing relationships with the outside world, and the evolution of the two constants in his life, Darnell and Nene.
The events of that day shaped who they were as people and what they meant to each other. Did Pico particularly like this change? The shifts in dynamic? Well... It was hard to say. It's not like he wasn't also part of the problem. But no one here was ever gonna go to therapy so it's not like they had a choice whether to stick together or not. No, Darnell, Pico, and Nene would never abandon one another.
No matter how ugly, toxic, dishonest, and codependent it got.
[This will be jumping from the past to the future and vise versa]
