Summary
Three hundred years ago, King Thordan and his Knights Twelve laid low the last of the Great Wyrms and doomed the world to darkness. The land withered, magic forsook man, and the very balance of life and death was rewritten.
Moth is the first mage to be born in centuries, a thaumaturge whose blood is worth more than gold. Wyrmblood is a mercenary with a curse of his own, sworn to her side. When the temptation of power and freedom leads Moth astray, they are both pulled into an adventure beyond their ken: a tale yet written, of good and evil, of might and magic, and a cursed prince who may be the key to restoring the world that was lost.
[AU, loosely based on the tale of Beauty & the Beast]

Summary
Azem frequently got ideas. They weren’t always good, and rarely was it that some sort of convoluted trouble did not follow, but they were always remarkable ideas. Many calamities had been averted by her hand, many lives improved, many wonders preserved. Yet many calamities had formed there too, and one brewed now, in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, one-kitchen, one-parlour apartment in the very heart of Amaurot.

Summary
Summer has fallen upon a pre-Calamity Coerthas, and the Dravanians have stayed their hand. What are the cohorts of young Temple Knights to do when their commander orders them to enjoy the peace when it lasts?
Estinien sure has an idea, and Aymeric is more than amenable to. With their time as colleagues running thin, it is within a mountaintop hot spring that words unspoken are shared, and a bond forged that will keep them united for years to come.

Summary
"If love doesn't come first and linger after, if love can't wait and endure disappointment and separation, then it's not love." (Robin Hobb, Golden Fool)
After that day at the Vault, I lived from one moment to the next, like a sleepwalker who refuses to wake from a dream. But living is not a life. I carried on, denying to acknowledge that I was bending beneath the weight of it all. I carried on, fleeing into vengeance and duty and distraction. I carried on, abandoning hope. I didn't believe in second chances. But he would prove me wrong. He would challenge all I thought I knew, because that was what he did best - prevail against impossible odds. And I would fight him, because let's face it - that was what I did best. Or so people said, back then.
This is a story of how sometimes, we do not realize how deeply we are loved until it is almost too late. - AkaneBookmarked by Nhaamazu
