The described place in this fanfic is the same where Castiel awakes after annoying the empty in season 13

With the15th season Supernatural has ended for now, but as every fan of Supernatural should know, death never was the end. And while we are waiting for more seasons to maybe come in some years, here is my version of how season 16 could go on.

Summary
Whether he likes to admit it or not one of Magnus' greatest regrets is that Alec never got to meet his great friend Ragnor Fell. What he also doesn't like to admit is that having found Ragnor's seance spell he's tried more than a few times to get the damn thing working.
When Clary is confused as to why its so quiet at Halloween Magnus is reminded of the one thing the mundanes have got right. On all Hallow's Eve the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest so maybe, just maybe, this is the night when he can finally get his boyfriend to meet his oldest friend.
For Alec, his dreams of quiet night in with his boyfriend are rapidly disappearing but when has he ever been able to deny Magnus anything.
One thing is sure whatever happens Magnus is going to make Halloween a night to remember.
