Miss Catherine ‘Kitty’ Bennet was the dearest child of neither her mother nor father. Those positions belonged to Lydia Wickham and Elizabeth Darcy, respectively. Yet Kitty did not mind, because that honour seemed to come paired with being the least dear to the opposing parent.
Kitty, accompanying Georgiana in town for the season and staying with Elizabeth and Mr Darcy in their London home, falls in love... with Colonel Fitzwilliam. But his father has certain expectations of his prospects, and Kitty has some realisations about her family to make. Yet her heart just keeps falling for him deeper and deeper.

Over the period of their engagement, Elizabeth and Mr Darcy take many long walks. During an unseasonably warm late October day, Mr Darcy loosens his cravat and removes his jacket. Elizabeth finds this a very educational experience. But when it comes time to put them back on, she cannot for the life of her figure out how to knot the cravat properly after insisting she do the honours.

All he had to do was sign a few papers, right? But when they send someone ever to investigate their partnerships, they have to pretend to actually be married. To be GAY married. To pretend to be in love! But as they get so caught up in it, Chuck is starting to find it very easy to pretend, and he starts catching feelings for his best friend. Unknowingly, Larry is also finding it easy to pretend.

Like anyone needs to tell her that London Tipton is pretty, like she didn’t spend a good portion of college realizing that her latent bisexuality probably ties back to that one time she was literally trapped in a closet with London and London had said she was soo bored, maybe they could pass the time by making out or something and Maddie had scoffed but said, “yeah, okay” because she was bored too and London was maybe the prettiest person Maddie had ever seen and yeah, Maddie had only kissed boys and only thought she ever wanted to kiss boys but London was very good at kissing and it had felt warm and nice and tingly in her toes and she never told London this, never told anyone this, just thought it was a thing all girls felt around their casual friends-slash-enemies-slash-whatever.
So yeah, no one needs to tell her London is pretty.

“He was gonna take our souls. I got away, but – he still has them, Mugs and Chalice. I gotta go back, I gotta – gotta save them. If I don’t, can’t, no, I can’t say I can’t…” He’s talking faster, getting less coherent, voice catching like a stuck record.
“Easy, kiddo,” Dice murmurs, placing a firm but gentle hand on his back in an attempt to ground him. He tilts Cuphead’s chin back to look in his eyes; they’re glazed, unfocused, and something tightens deep in his gut. “What’d that hack do to you?”
(or: King Dice doesn’t get jealous, but he sure as hell doesn’t care for sharing his toys.)
