Missing her interview for a position in the IT department of QC, Felicity Smoak meets Oliver Queen, son of the CEO and future CEO himself. Only Oliver doesn’t take the company as seriously as he should and after yet another fiasco with his assistant, his mother decides to take matter into her own hands and select one with more qualifications than long legs and deep cleavage. In an effort to get her off his back, he pretends he already hired one: the blonde nerdy girl he met a few minutes ago.
Or when Arrow and Ugly Betty crash in my head (except we all know Felicity could never be ugly). It is mostly Arrow, I borrow a few plot ideas/characters from Ugly Betty.

Summary
AU. Problems and inescapable situations lead to the arranged marriage of Bratva Captain Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak.
Oliver Queen, adopted son to the Pakhan and possible heir to the brotherhood is one of the most feared men throughout the Bratva and is their most valuable weapon. Because of the dangerous life that he leads and the scars from his past, Oliver had always distanced himself from those around him and had sworn himself from entering into any relationships or marriages, despite it being looked down upon from within the brotherhood. However, when Felicity Smoak and her mother are on the run from her stepfather, Damien Darkh, and are owed a favor from the brotherhood after providing valuable information to them, the Pakhan offers a marriage as a solution in order for Oliver—as a Captain—to respect the Bratva customs and maintain respect within the brotherhood, as well as to offer Felicity and her mother the protection that they need.

What happens when the person you belong to is with another because you have denied your true nature?
Felicity Smoak is a literal genius and being a genius meant that she studied hard, graduated at the top of her class with 2 master’s degrees, and worked her way up to become the youngest VP of applied sciences not only at Palmer Tech but nationally. To do these things, she had to hide her identity as an Omega.
Oliver Queen was the epitome of Alpha. To describe him as handsome would be an understatement. He is far more intelligent than perceived, from a rich family, works as the head of applied sciences at one of the largest tech companies, and had the beautiful Omega Laurel Lance on his arm.
At least he thought she was beautiful until a young blond with eyes that shined like sapphires and legs for miles introduced herself as the VP at Palmer Tech that he would be working with during a merger.
Her supplements may dim her scent but it can’t dim the attraction between them.
