Sloane Murph is a mid 20's man dedicated to his craft: ease of life. Drifting through his college years, he chooses the easiest paths possible. His outfit? The same, simple thing every day. His hair? Shaved so he doesn't have to worry about it. His degree? A generic degree in business. He's chooses to do everything in his power to keep his life simple and easy. This lackadaisical approach of his didn't just develop randomly though. A life of rife with expectations and trauma have left him with seeking the easy way out as his only means to cope. The best way to deal with pain and guilt is to not deal with it at all.
Enter Sinclair Moore, a Mosasaur seeking the same degree as Murph. As the two's relationship develops, Murph will be forced to come to terms with everything that's made him the way that he is. As well, Sinclair will be forced to reassess her past and her actions, and at the same time, do everything she can to support Murph while he does the same.
