Feeling ridiculous, Damian cleared his throat. "Uh, you're the ghost?"

How do you get rid of an uninvited phantom in your manor? Damian's asking for a friend, of course!

Becky all but lunges forward, grabbing her friend’s hands before Anya’s fingernails can pierce the fragile skin of her temples. “No, you don’t understand.” She keeps Anya’s wrists locked in her hands, aware somewhere in the back of her mind Anya could easily force her away with vampiric or even regular strength but really and truly not giving a damn. “When I said, ‘I love you,’ there wasn’t a fucking asterisk next to that sentence, Anya Forger. I love you, full stop. Got it?”

“Anya wants a milkshake,” she says, and then her papa has a lecture recited in his brain about dinner, and losing appetites, and that just won’t do, will it? So Anya tuts, and then shakes her head. “For papa.”

Or, in attempt to quiet her papa's thoughts, Anya challenges Loid to finish the milkshake faster to be the "bestest dad". She later learns that brain freeze doesn't freeze thoughts, but it was funny nonetheless.
