Summary
Tears are staining his pale bony cheeks. Eyes puffy and red, water flooding them. His nose is snotty and he can't stop that ugly feeling inside his chest and he can't breathe.
Akutagawa tries, he oh so desperately tries. With practice things will always go right. But never for Akutagawa. Never for him.
The tears start to soak a lot more into the dirty, disgusting bed, making a puddle of wet and absorbed tears. It feels weird and uncomfortable to be lying face on soggy things, especially if it's ridden with your bitter salty tears.
Akutagawa ignores the bitter thoughts clouding up in his head, they're suffocating and drowning him and he doesn't need any more negativity than he already has. It's depressing. To be so acquainted with sorrow itself. He tries to steady his vision, but nonetheless his vision swims and it feels as if his eyesight got sick of him too.
Or,
Akutagawa really just being a depressed mentally ill and unstable highschooler whom should not be left alone by himself.

Summary
A rogue enemy uses an ability on Atsushi and Akutagawa that causes them to switch bodies. They hope to just be able to lay low until the ability wears off but a mandate from Dazai forces them to hide out in each other's homes where they can only learn more about each other, discover their true feelings, and find a new reason to live.

Summary
Ryunosuke Akutagawa is hardly in a position to run off on a whim. His hard-earned place in the Mafia, his sister, and his worsening health all need his full attention. And yet—and yet, he's foolish enough to throw it all away because of an offhand comment from Osamu Dazai, and damn it all, Ichiyo Higuchi is foolish enough to follow him.
What started as a simple quest to find the truth behind the Mafia and Guild's motivations quickly spirals into a desperate attempt at fleeing from the Mafia's vindictive pursuit. With the conspiracy no closer to an answer and Akutagawa's health rapidly deteriorating, the duo must survive together on the streets of Yokohama and, if they're lucky, find their own way forward, beyond the shackles of the past.
