The Six Eyes weren't really the weapon, they were just an enhancement, something that allowed strength to come easily in the form of Reverse Cursed Technique, Infinite Void, Limitless, all these abilities, enhanced by those eyes. It just so happened that they belonged to Satoru.
Again, almost everyone knew the dangers that Gojo posessed, the danger that he was. But not Suguru – he knew he wasn't a weapon. Weapons didn't feel pain, after all.
