Summary
Freya Odinsdottir was born to be a queen, but golden halls make a perfect gilded cage.
As the Goddess of Life and younger sister to Thor and Loki, Freya spent her existence locked in the Asgardian palace. Trained relentlessly to rule, the crushing pressure of her parents' expectations finally causes her to break. Desperate to find herself, she asks for the unthinkable: permission to go to Earth.
To her shock, her father agrees. Freya packs her things and flees to Midgard before he can change his mind.
Joining S.H.I.E.L.D., she finally learns how to breathe, laugh, and actually enjoy herself. But true freedom must be fought for. Navigating her volatile powers is hard enough, but doing it while dealing with idiot brothers, invading aliens, and rogue robots is a different story. Luckily, she doesn't have to face the universe's chaos alone anymore. She has a chosen family by her side

Summary
Alena Draves is the daughter of Bruce Wayne and a Greek goddess. This does not go very well for her. After running away from the Wayne's at a young age, she is brought to Camp Half-Blood where she learns about her mother and that she is not actually insane--thanks Bruce. The arrival of Percy Jackson changed the life she was living, and after fighting two wars before she turned 18, Alena didn't quite know what to do.
The best idea probably did not involve traveling to Gotham to reunite with the estranged family that thought she was dead, but Alena had never been accused of making particularly rational decisions in the heat of the moment. Oh and of course, her family is not composed of just any gothamites, no, her father is Batman, and he and his collection of children are very good at figuring out secrets that Alena would prefer to keep hidden.
One traumatized teen with mythical powers and a family of the world's best detectives, what could go wrong?

Not only him, but the rest of the Waynes have changed inexplicably overnight. The changes weren't exactly welcome, as arms that you once wished would cradle you, now seem to suffocate.
Posted originally on Tumblr under the same name! Please don't be daunted by the initially low word count to chapter ratio, I have a lot of this pre-written and the word counts get longer as the story progresses. Also Tumblr drafts make everything seem deceptively long TT.
