It seems cruel not to forgive his own family, his friends and Poppy always say that forgiveness is necessary, but he can't forgive his brothers for leaving him behind. Branch spent his entire life alone, his brothers didn't come visit or bother to send him a message. The only people who loved him and didn't abandon him were his friends.

    Now he has to deal with his brothers desperately wanting his forgiveness.
