Summary
Through losing in Blue Lock, Seishirou Nagi lost his right to exist.
Nagi can’t quite pinpoint the when or how, but somewhere, sometime, he’d become nothing more than another face in the crowd to Mikage Reo. A stranger.
And that odd, cold sting in his chest leaves him feeling like a foreign entity in his own skin.

Summary
“Guys, we have a problem,” Isagi says seriously, banging his hands on the table and making eye contact with every single person sitting at the small table. “I’m sure you already know.”
Ness glances briefly at the rest of the table, who, much like him, have no clue what nonsense Isagi is about to spew. Well, the exception is Hiori, who nods grimly and declares, “I do.”
So he’s about to ask what it is that is so problematic for the team, but Isagi beats him to it.
“How the hell does Kaiser have above average looks?!”
Or…
Bastard Munchen somehow gets roped by Isagi into wondering how Kaiser maintains his image.

Summary
Ness watches Reo cry over Nagi, sobbing ugly tears and spewing jumbled apologies as Nagi stiffly comforts him to the best of his ability.
Then, his gaze drifts to Kaiser, who’s standing in fury by the door, glaring at it as if that will make it open sooner.
Should Ness be crying, now, that Kaiser has lost his indomitable first place spot? Should he shed tears for the emperor that was toppled from his throne by a commoner with fire in his eyes?
Their situations are nothing of the same, but Ness suddenly feels a kinship towards Reo. Making up his mind, Ness walks towards Kaiser.

Summary
“You know what? I’m sick of this shit,” Kaiser suddenly complains, dropping and kicking the soccer ball in frustration. It lands perfectly in the upper left hand corner of the goal, catching in the net and falling to the ground with a soft thud.
Ness thinks back to the call with his dad. The irritating, dismissive tone of his dad catalyzes his anger, and Ness can’t help but react.
“You know what? Me too,” he declares firmly. Kaiser raises an eyebrow at him. “Let’s run away.”
Or…
Before BLLK canon but after Ness and Kaiser meet each other, they ‘run away’ (read: go on a nature walk) from their responsibilities for a day in a little rural area.

Summary
In human Mendelian genetics, an embryo receives one maternal allele and one paternal allele when forming a zygote. That zygote develops into a child over time, and that child turns into a functional human being. While not all genes behave in a Mendelian way, a child still receives half of their alleles from one parent and half from the other.
If that’s the case, Kaiser must be adopted, because there’s no fucking way he got any genes from that good-for-nothing father of his.
Or…
During an outing after the NEL, Ness and Kaiser run into Kaiser’s father. Ness defends him, and Kaiser does in return.
