So this was an idea I had when I was listening to some poetry on YouTube and the first one I heard was just, "WOah! This reminds me of DEH." I also really like the Connor Lives AU and I'm a sucker for some angsty tech nerd love. So heck dude. Not all of these poems will be by Shane Koyczan there will be others. Maybe some Robert Frost or Langston Hughes, but none of the poems are mine! All credit goes to the lovely poets! Some I will pretend Connor wrote but others he would recite. But I just author this with my nondescript writing. Some of my own poetry might be used in that case the credit for the poem would go to me but yeah. That's about it. Evans dead and Connor is coping with everyone else.

The pain is unbearable.
It stabs at every part of him, tiny pricks that dig into the soft purple veins buried beneath his arcane metallic exterior. Agony radiates outward from each stab, as if there are knives pulling at him, exposing him, clawing away at his armour and pulling at the man--weak, pathetic, human--buried beneath. He grabs for his staff, mere inches from him, fingertips brushing against it before he's shoved away by the force of the explosion.

Summary
Jayce looks at Viktor, taking in the indecisiveness on his face, the tightness in his shoulders, the haunted look in his eyes that never quite goes away anymore. And something inside him clicks into place.
It's not that Viktor doesn’t want him.
It’s that Viktor doesn’t trust himself to want.
"Is that what you need, Viktor?" Jayce asks, eyes softening. "For someone to take the choice away from you? Because I can do that for you, if you'll let me. I can take control from here on out and you'll never to worry about anything else. Would you like that?"
Viktor's eyes are wide, lips parted from where his mouth has fallen open slightly, and for a moment, he seems speechless, but then he nods, a small, barely perceptible shake of his head that reveals more than enough of his longing. "Please."
After waking up in an unfamiliar timeline, Jayce and Viktor find it all too easy to fall into bed together instead of talking about their feelings. This, naturally, leads to consequences neither are prepared for.
Like unwittingly falling into a dom/sub dynamic, for example.

With their busy working schedules, Viktor and Jayce don't get to spend a lot of time together. Between the Council's demands and the exponential progress developing with Hextech, the men are often separated by their responsibilities. After their relaxing weekend plans were postponed, Viktor misses Jayce too much. He has been stewing in wandering daydreams for too long. It's hard to hold himself back when his partner finally returns home. Jayce is just too precious.
