Tim opens his mouth, closes it, and opens it again, but gets cut off when they both jump at the sound of ringing.
Nightwing clicks his comms.
Murmurs of conversation float through, but Tim can’t hear the words spoken, he just knows they're frantic and irritated, Nightwing’s eyebrows raise, and he gapes at Tim.
“You’re… missing your tires? I—um. No—no, I don’t know where they might be, uh, have you tried asking Baby bird?” There's very pointed silence.
“No, sorry, if you don’t find them soon Bruce can send you the money for new ones—okay, okay, fine, alright, I’ll see you later Little Wing.” And his hand falls from the comm.
