It's a hallucination, like all the rest. Objectively, Tim understands that.
But he feels the words like an icepick in his chest all the same, and a part of him knows. This version of Dick might not be real, these words might not be real, but what he's saying is true anyway.
"Are you fucking listening to me?" says the man in the red helmet. "The big bad bat's not coming to save you." There's a crash, and when Tim turns toward it, his desk's been overturned. His laptop is lying on the floor in a tangle of cords. If any of this were actually happening, Tim might be afraid that it was broken.

"Ok great!" Kon grinned wide and bright before something nervous caught in it. Barely a moment later he smoothed it out again, flipped to the second page of his presentation, and announced, "I think we should have a friends with benefits arrangement."
Regardless of whether or not he'd previously agreed to hearing Kon's proposal out, he could not have possibly stopped the knee jerk, "Absolutely not." From leaving his mouth.
"You promised!" Kon accused, pointing a finger at him, "You said you'd hear me out properly."

Or, Tim and Kon engage in the weirdest game of platonic gay chicken the world has ever seen.

They both caught their breath in unison, staring at their hands as though they were alien appendages. The same tingling, pleasurable feeling coursed between them, and Kepler curled his fingers around Jacobi's, his heart racing at how good it felt. It was like a continuous, subtle charge straight to the aching core of his arousal, and he never wanted it to end.
Nothing he'd ever experienced was like this. He should be freaking out, but it felt so *right*.
“Sir...” Kepler looked up at Jacobi's awestruck voice. Their eyes met, and Kepler saw that his pupils were blown wide. “What is this?”

Kepler and Jacobi hunt the plant monster, but trigger its newly evolved defence mechanism: a cloud of pollen that allows it to escape. Unfortunately, the agents inhale a little too much of this pollen, and are helpless to resist its dizzying effects...

”Do you want me to answer that?” Tim’s trying, he’s trying to keep it together, maybe if Jason chokes him out it’ll feel like a hug.
”Let’s try answering my question again,” Jason’s voice sounds far away, like he’s listening to something from underwater.
”Fine, you’re an idiot,” Tim thinks he says, but he can’t really be quite sure the words actually make it out of his mouth.
”Replacement,” Jason snaps. It alerts Tim slightly, but he just can’t think of anything beyond the crushing loneliness, the cold in his bones. “What the fuck is happening here?”

Summary
They'd made a deal with Ivy, as long as she didn't cause trouble they'll leave her alone.
When she breaks the deal, kidnapping a group of men trying to build on land home to protected trees, Dick and Tim have to go deep into her territory to rescue them.

“We’ll have to approach on foot from here.” Dick explains, grabbing a few things from the trunk, handing Tim an aerosol can. “You remember what this is?”
“The anti-Ivy spray.” Tim answers, placing it on his belt.
“Find the hostages, free them.” Dick instructs, placing a few cans on his own belt. “Then get out. I don’t want you getting hit by any of Ivy’s creations.”
Tim nods, he’s read up on Ivy, he knows the risks she poses. While it was possible to have a truce with her, she could also be one of their most dangerous opponents if angered.

“What are you doing here?” Rumi hisses, angry and stressed and hit by the exhaustion of her very long guilt-filled day all over again. She has so many questions to ask— demand, really— and Jinu humming pleasantly does not soothe her nerves.
“Was looking for you.” He says. His voice is… Slurring a bit. Not so badly that she can’t understand him but just enough to be noticeable. It makes Rumi’s eyebrows furrow, confusion overtaking everything else. “Was thinking of writing you a letter but… I needed to see you sooner.”
Some traitorous part of her flushes just a little at the admission before she shakes it off. Everyone wants to be wanted, it doesn’t mean anything if she’s flattered by it. Rumi has to steer her thoughts back on topic because Jinu is acting… Not normal.
(Or a few days after Rumi first proposes her plan to him, Jinu accidentally gets doused with ‘Cuddle Pollen’ and ends up on Rumi’s balcony, making it her problem. The need for physical proximity is one thing but Jinu is also noticeably in a… Different state of mind.)

Damian sneers, disregarding the fact that his body does seem to be experiencing those sensations. Obviously if this is a test, they'd be accurately dosing him to obtain the correct symptoms. "Such a creation is juvenile and an insult to my skills if you think I will believe something as moronic as 'cuddle pollen.'"
OR:
Damian's first experience with cuddle pollen goes surprisingly decently. Although the entire situation is undignified to say the least, Grayson is being... unexpectedly tolerable about it.
