Summary
Lurching to his feet, Crowley stumbles through his flat in the dark – tripping over empty whiskey bottles and clothes he’d stripped out of and never bothered to pick up again. Heart pounding, he throws open the door. And the bottom drops abruptly out from beneath him. It feels like falling all over again – except from so much higher up than he’d ever been the first time. This is worse. This is so much worse because it isn’t him. It’s Aziraphale.

Crowley worked in Sales. He had never intended to work in Sales. It had just sort of happened. One moment, there he’d been, a newly minted university graduate off to change the world, exquisitely useless Philosophy degree in hand, and now here he was, having sauntered vaguely downwards into a Hell that consisted mainly of cold-calling new customers and sucking up to existing ones.

unfortunatelythey would have to pretend they were married. As if that would have stopped Crowley, anyway.Throw in their mysterious and complicated past, danger lurking from where they are least expecting and Crowley's very naked, very tattooed body that suddenly seems to be everywhere, and you might find them in a situation they are too ineffable to escape.

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley were free. No longer at the mercies of Heaven and Hell, they retained their ranks and their power, but could move how and when…and with whom they pleased. That meant they were free to be together and to openly love one another.
After the second near-ending of the world and the threat it had posed to their relationship, Aziraphale and Crowley took advantage of their new found freedom. They learned that their millennia-long habit of hiding feelings had not served them well and they were committed to being more open and exploring this new aspect to their relationship.
That they had loved each other deeply since the beginning was undeniable. They had never named it despite the millions of ways they had shown it. They now freely shared “I love you,” the first having been a moment that felt like it could fracture time and space. They were finally - finally! - comfortable in their expression.
They were learning to be more comfortable in one another’s arms. Crowley’s desperate kiss was a bittersweet memory and a lesson on how they wanted to be with one another now that they were safe.

AU fic in which our Ineffable Idiots are simply Anthony Crowley and Avery Fell — friends from infancy, parted by unfortunate circumstance, trying to find their way home.
This was my first human AU, written before I’d joined AO3 or tumblr or had any interaction at all with the fandom. A friend — one of only three people who read my works at the time — simply said to me, “sometimes people write them as humans. Maybe give that a try?” EDD is what happened.
I had no specific plan or goal in mind for this when I began it, aside from a vague idea of how it would begin. The story told itself, and I love Anthony and Avery more than life 💛

“Well, what’d you tell them?” Crowley raises his glass to take a drink.
“I told them that I, um—“ Aziraphale means to put it delicately, make it sound logical and perfectly ordinary. Instead, it comes out as: “ImighthavetoldthemthatImiracledyoutofallinlovewithme. Er.”
Crowley spits out his drink. “You what?” he sputters.
Only a knee-jerk reaction of a miracle saves Aziraphale from being sprayed with talisker.
When Heaven comes to the bookshop to ask about the twenty five lazurii miracle, Aziraphale panics and claims it was to make Crowley fall in love with him. Now, they’re sending someone to check. There’s only one possible solution.
They have to pretend to conduct a courtship.

In a moment of drunken weakness, he sends an email to Mr. Fell, offering to show him the rare book room at the university. Then, weeks later, when he's heard nothing back, in another moment of weakness, while being pestered about his love life, he invents a boyfriend - and describes Mr. Fell. It's a stupid lie, but a low-risk one. Mr. Fell clearly doesn't want to talk to him, right?
Nothing can prepare him for the email he gets that afternoon... or what happens as a result of that email...

Summary
A Superhero's work is not for the faint of heart. Although he does not enjoy the bells and whistles that go along with it, Aziraphale knows it is his duty to protect the people of his city. He was given a unique gift, and to ignore that gift would be selfish, no matter how tempting his simple dream of owning a bookshop might seem some days.
It isn't all bad. He has respect. Adoration from thousands of grateful citizens. A steady job with enough money to last him a lifetime. If only he could manage to keep his villain in check. The Serpent is a crafty one - clever and mysterious and somehow manages to wriggle his way out of every bit of trouble he finds himself in. If Aziraphale could find a way to stop him for good, maybe his boss would finally let him retire. If he could stop The Serpent, they wouldn't need him in The Host anymore and Aziraphale could spend his days with his tea and his books and maybe, if he were brave enough, that attractive red-haired man that owns the flower shop just down the road.
All he has to do is figure out the source of his nemesis' powers and the life he's always wanted could finally be his. That shouldn't be too difficult for a hero his caliber.

Aziraphale Fell is the most sought-after wedding planner in all of London, hailed as the 'angel of love' due to his knack for picking couples who have the most successful marriages. He spends his working hours making other peoples' dreams come true... but his own dreams of romance died long ago. To his mind, love is something that happens to other people.
Sparks fly when these two cross paths, and they find themselves instantly attracted to one another. But can Crowley prove Aziraphale’s belief about love to be wrong?
