Tommy was frankly tired of Wilbur's bullshit.
There’s only so many times you can find your colleagues ass slumped in the middle of a dark and dirty alleyway with a most likely life threatening injury before you decide ‘hey maybe this time I’ll just let him die’.
Fortunately for Wil, however, Tommy was really craving a Domino’s and with Phil’s bullshit rule of only having meals when the whole family is alive Wilbur’s survival was now imperative for Tommy’s takeaway dream to become a reality.
So of course Wilbur was now fatally stabbed in the alleyway. Because he was a fucking prick.

What happens after you die?
This is the question that has always plagued Tommy's mind. Years later when he finally was put to rest, he finally knew the answer to it.
Ghosts are beings that are given one last mission to finish, no one can see them nor can interact with them. Tommy was alone until one day he met someone..."Why did you come here though?" Tommy asked Tubbo simply, curious as to why he would leave his spot just to talk to Tommy when there's no one there but himself.
"Because you're like me, alone, so I figured that what better solution for loneliness is to have someone there by your side to keep you company," Tubbo smiled at him and answered.
TLDR: Tommy is a ghost that no one can see, he wandered all over the world alone, that was until he met a kid which can somehow see him. Can he finally be happy? He's not sure but this Tubbo kid seems pretty cool.
